Our role
We support our clients with independent scenario analysis, hypothesis testing and contradiction.
We investigate whether the preferred scenario has been sufficiently tested against possible alternatives and whether assumptions and evidence assessment are methodologically sound.
Our role is analytical and advisory. We do not conduct investigations, represent interests, interview witnesses or suspects, or make strategic trial decisions. We use only case material. We also do not make pronouncements of guilt or innocence.
Our analyses are intended to improve the quality of decision-making, not to control outcomes.
